A success or a failure, only time will tell if this old ambition of mine will get to see daylight. But a commitment to myself and to a deadline has been finally made and I am closer to completing this journey. Until then I will constantly update this post with my progress
Before I go on with the division of the legs, I decided to test a connecting system- nothing complicated but yet very sturdy – what controlling tolerances can do for you is offer sturdiness and precision.
As fast prototyping goes – doing some 1:1 scale tests as I go on with the analysis of the joints proves to be very useful. First two pieces were printed today and as I also said on my social media – it was barbaric printing.
